Foreword
The original author, @kleopat , abandoned this mod, so we – meaning the ATF community – took finally over to try to finish this mod. We are now at 4.6 beta, so @Vistarrr decided I should take over this thread as well. I agreed, because he’s right.
What do I now mean with “Community Project” in the title? Well, exactly what it says: If you want to contribute, just PM me. ATM we are looking for someone who can finally complete the basement bestiality quest (as far as I can see, it really needs only a stage that sets objective 130 to completed and completes the quest, but to set that stage, some scripting is necessary, because of the way the quest has been set up by @kleopat – I can’t do that myself, because my CK simply refuses to compile the necessary scripts and fragments).
Also, the merchant Nyankor refuses to work, although everything is set up as it should be – he doesn’t give the dialogue line “What have you got for sale”. Maybe you can fix that?
Or maybe you have a good idea, that would fit perfectly to the mod and are able to add that? Please, don’t hesitate to send me a PM.
Development is done with the 32bit CK and the LE version and then converted to SE, because that’s the easiest way to have versions for both games (as long as no new meshes and/or NPC’s (especially child NPC’s) are involved, those would have to be done in both versions extra, better stick to vanilla meshes regarding new assets – and I don’t think, at least atm, that any new child NPC’s are necessary).
I’ve removed the original downloads, as there will be no support for older versions anymore, only for the current version available on the download pages, and that relies on HPL.

Installation / Updating
Just install it with your favourite mod manager. You can also place the files contained in the archive by hand in your data folder, but I can’t recommend that – it would require you to remove them one by one when you decide to uninstall it.

Description
OOPS (Order Of Pan Su) includes a quest part, that introduces the Order of Pan Su. The member of this order are interested in the younger population of Tamriels society. In addition to that it showcases the dialogue and scene “framework” of this mod, that changes dialog choices to start sex and (optional) playing scenes, depending on which faction the player introduces child npcs to. A small part of this dialog based framework is voiced with IVONA Text-to-Speech.

The introduction of child NPCs to these factions is also controlled by dialog. Any child NPC can be introduced to any faction through extended dialog sequences. 4 child NPCs have a personalized introduction sequence, that tries to reflect the personality of these children. For all other children a “standard” dialog sequence that is always the same (aside from differences between Lolis/Shotas and adopted children) is used.

Every child can only be in one of the 5 major factions at once, but you can change the faction at any given time through a dialog.

All the dialog and scenes not only reflect the chosen faction itself, but also the progression of the npc in this faction (3 stages/levels)

The Factions:

The 5 major factions consist of:

Bribing: The Lota (Loli/Shota πŸ˜‰ ) becomes basically a whore and more commited to this life style as (s)he progresses.

Persuading: The Lota is a gullible little thing, that does anything it is told to do. As (s)he progresses (s)he’ll believe more and more outrageous explanations.

Intimidating: The Lota enjoys being submissive and getting dominated. (s)he’ll evolves to a sex slave as (s)he progresses.

Skooma: The Lota first enjoys the casual use of Skooma but devolves to a full blown addict, the more skooma she uses.

Groom: The Lota becomes the willing lover of the player, sweet talked into fulfilling his/her wishes

The Lota progresses in these factions through the randomly playing scenes (between her/him and other male NPCs the Lota meets) or the dialog started sex scenes with the player. Depending on the chosen faction, the player has to force him/her deeper into the chosen lifestyle (bribe the Lota with gold in the bribe route, persuade in the persuade route, Intimidate in the Intimidate Route or give Lota more Skooma), but the further the Lota progresses, the easier it gets.

To remove the Lota from a faction (either to change the faction (s)he’s in or to exclude her from the faction system) the progress has to be reversed and the further the Lota progressed, the harder it gets.

The Quests:

The Quest part of the mod consists of 7 Main quests and two side activities. The first two quests center around introducing the 4 child NPCs into the factions through personalized dialog (Lucia, Dagny, Frothar and Nelkir), the third Quest introduces the Order, the headquarter of the Order and its members in a very short manner and the fourth quest let’s the player search for a girl and a boy (custom npcs), the 5th Quest takes place in Riften and revolves around the Orphanage, the 6th Quest introduces (potentially) 2 new NPCs (Loli and Shota) and takes place in a custom dungeon.

The 7th and last Quest is short, but starts the side activity to recruit up to 6 unadopted orphans as inhabitants of the HQ. You can also remove kids from the HQ that you had already recruited for it and instead recruit other ones – up to you. It gets started by a trigger on the bridge between Honningbrew Meadery and the OOPS Headquarters.

Completely optional side activity

It (mostly) takes place in the basement of the OOPS HQ and is centered around bestiality between several different animals and child player characters and/or NPCs.

It also has a progression system for “trainees” (child npcs/player) as well as the animals in the basement. Trainees will have to be at a certain stage/level to train with certain animals and won’t gain any experience while training with animals they are already used to. Animals are divided into different “classes” that define which stage the child npc has to be at, to be able to train with them and how long the trainee gains experience by training with them. As the trainees progress they become able to train with wilder and bigger animals (3 stages) and finally become so good at it, that they can train animals at a faster rate.

As animals progress they gain (at the moment) nothing, but when they reach the final stage, trainees training with them will not only progress at a faster rate, but can also start training with them at a lower stage.

Domestic animals have to be bought and wild animals have to be captured through spells that the player gets when the selected trainee gains a certain level/stage.

The player has to actively seek out those animals in the wild (like a wolf, sabre cat or a giant for instance) and successfully capture them.

You can add two random child NPCs to the basement so they (are supposed to) live there, in addition to that you can add one Follower and the player, if he’s classified as a child by the MCM. Follower and Player don’t count towards the 2 npc limitation, so you can have 4 trainees defined at any given time.

All animals are optional, you don’t HAVE to capture animals you don’t want to.

Spells:
Aside from the beast capturing spell, the player gets a “Distraction” spell, with which he can distract a single npc with a illusion/copy of formerly selected npc child character.

To make a selected Beast Tamer stop following you, cast the select spell again at him/her!

The MCM Menu:
– Let’s you activate the Debug/Test mode to play around with. It’s basically a cheat mode, since all its functionality is already implemented in other forms.
– Let’s you activate the normal scenes and creature scenes (play out between child npcs that are members of any faction and random male npcs they meet in skyrim)
– Let’s you define the potential frequency of those scenes taking place
– Enabling Loli/Shota preference (both possible at the same time, one HAS to be selected). Excludes child female/male child npcs, so there are no dialog options for them and quests turn out differently
– Enabling Creature Quest stuff changes the progression of one quest in a small way. The training quest with Irwin is not affected.
– Enabling “Shotas take male position” changes sex scenes between Shota NPCs and the Player. If this option is activated, Shota NPCs will take the male role in sex scenes with the player
– You have to define wether your char is a loli/shota yourself, no automatical detection!
– A “panic button” to stop the random appearing scenes, training scenes and the distraction spell scene if some problem occurs.
– An overview page for all NPCs that have been added to one of the Factions, as well as their current rank
– a “Fix List” Function, to clear the list of entries from removed npcs (displayed as an empty entry)

A few things to keep in mind:

– For the most part you need skooma to introduce an npc into the skooma faction and to “level him up” up!
– You need a certain level in speechcraft to see the persuade route (Speech Easy, I guess ~25?)!
– You can fail every route aside from Skooma (the easy way out ; ) )
– You will only get the option to introduce Lolis/Shotas to the faction if you ticked the specific Loli Quest stuff/ Shota Quest stuff in the options menu!
– Parts of the Faction introduction/removal as well as sex dialog are now voiced (provided by @Ulithium_Dragon), without lip files for now. They are completely optional!
– You should AVOID changing your loli/shota preference as well as the Beast Quest stuff in the MCM DURING quests!
– You need at least one male and one female masturbation animation activated in SL, if you want to train with the animals, keep in mind, that you need at least one sex animation for each of them too!
– So MNC is pretty much necessary if you want to use the basement!

4.4: – Finally, we can move on to beta. Minor redesign of the HQ main hall (looked quite empty and not really like an Order HQ to me)
– Seventh quest added, that concludes the storyline of OOPS and starts
– the possibility to add up to 6 unadopted orphans to the HQ (they use basically the same ai packages like Breldan and Diala, to keep consistency intact). I’ve kept the debug notifications active, just in case.

4.311: – as the β€žGetDeadβ€œ checks of 4.3 somehow didn’t work, redid that so it works now.
– added Mannequins to the sexlab forbidden faction so they don’t trigger scenes anymore.
– The Beastmaster Cellar doesn’t respawn anymore (the respawning broke the side activity)

4.3: – added “GetDead” checks to Actor Hello Events (Random Faction Scenes), because dead actors say hello too in Skyrim
– built in a failsafe for the 6th quest, so people can’t break the progression under certain circumstances (Although MAY BREAK PROGRESSION if installed DURING 6th Quest Science is the future!)

4.2: – (hopefully) fixed not being able to complete the fifth quests in certain conditions
– fixed Guard and quest marker not disappearing if you kill Grelod while this part is already active
– fixed some grammatical error
– fixed some conditions on older scenes, nothing important, just precautions

4.1: – fixed the wrong condition when talking to Constance after she saw the Lota masturbating
– fixed the scripting error for leveling up Skooma
– made a change to one quest alias in the beast basement section (Skeever related)

4.0: – added 2 new quest to the main story line
– changed a lot of dialog (especially during the training scenes, those now reflect the chosen faction of NPCs involved in these scenes)
– Overhaul of the MCM, more options added as well as the page for the factions
– Bugfixes (Reaper training etc.)
– Removed the dependency on xxsUtility! You now have to manually set in the MCM if your char is a Shota/Loli (Lota)
– Changed the Panic Button for scenes in the MCM, it will now also stop training scenes and the distraction spell scene

3.0 – Fix: – fixed a missing script reference for the second quest, when you try to bring Lucia to Belethor and she is your adopted daughter
– changed a few things at the end of the second quest that (hopefully) fixes stuff for people being stuck when they have to leave the meadery
– changed scripts and added formlists to properly make the capturing of the chaurus reaper possible
– Tweaked packages for the In-Cage scenes
– Fixed the condition to get the last Note for beasts
– made several changes to scripts to (hopefully) improve the behaviour of Trainees, when they get unselected as Tamers.
– changed dialog conditions when trying to add new children to the basement as trainees
– changed tame spell script and outsourced the scene for npc tamer into a quest to trigger it more reliably
– changed dialog conditions for Lucia in the second quest if you try to bring her to Belethor to fix the progress when she’s in certain factions
– under certain circumstances the quest progression could stop in the fourth quest when you have to get the child(ren) out of the cell. Fixed.

Known Limitations/Bugs
– Characters added to a faction will lose their faction and progress when adopted. Bethesda’s adopt function removes all factions from an actor.
– The second quest can not be completed while the Quest involving the first dragon you kill is active! There is a fail-safe in place that reminds you when you have to finish the quest first.
– The lips don’t move in the voiced dialog options, It seems to be impossible to create lip files. I’ve tried every possible solution to this I found without success!
– No quest starts for the merchant although Pan Su claims something else in the third quest. This is by default and simply not implemented yet (and won’t be implemented for the time being, as it isn’t really necessary).
– The Alchemist doesn’t sell anything. Again something I wasn’t able to fix. As far as I can tell, everything is set up correctly, but I wasn’t able to make the dialog options for buying selling show up (remark by @BurnTyre : In my game they show up, so I’m unable to fix that because I just can’t recreate the bug, neither in LE nor in SE).
No clue, if someone is bored and knows this stuff, please take a look at it!
– Irwin moves his lips and does stuff during training sessions with the player: He actually talks, but this doesn’t get displayed while a sex scene with sexlab is active and you are in free cam mode. If you are not in free cam, it works fine.
– If you choose a npc living in the basement as your beast tamer, and cast the select spell again at him while he’s following you, he’s supposed to go back to the basement. Sometimes this doesn’t work and they’ll resume their vanilla daily routine. If you and they are outside of the basement, you get an additional dialog option to try to force them back into the basement.
– Removing kids from the basement doesn’t work for everybody, but the reason for that is unknown. Better make sure to only recruit children that are completely disposable – they might never see the daylight again!
– If you try to capture the Chaurus Reaper before the Chaurus, the Chaurus will get added instead of the Reaper. This was a deliberate decision and is intended to work that way.
– In the 4th quest, when you enter the first cellar of the Former Ease Inn, there’s a dialogue of bandits playing – don’t interrupt them (e. g. by opening the door in front of you and attacking), that would cause the quest to break.
– Try to follow the order in which you are supposed to retrieve the objects in the 6th Quest!
– The fifth quest (the one in Riften) will bug out if you’ve already adopted all your possible children (2 in vanilla game, 6 with Hearthfire Extended installed). That’s because all dialogue with Constance gets deactivated once you’re done with adopting children. As long as you keep one spot for adoption free, the quest will work fine. There’s no fix for that, sadly – it’s how the Hearthfire DLC works, and the only way to fix it would be to mess with that DLC’s scripts, which would cause incompatibility with Hearthfire Extended.
@TheLewdFairy posted a workaround/fix for that problem here.

Future Plans

No major plans, we’re waiting for your bug reports and will then try to fix them. No promises, though, we are a bunch of amateurs and not Bethesda.

A few final comments by the original author

– While the quest itself is definitely more on the comical side (I tried my best to be funny… I know, I suck πŸ˜‰ ), the mod features darker content. Although that is up to you. If you don’t want your skooma whore or sex slave, leave out the skooma and/or intimidate route, it’s up to you.
– For those looking for “gritty realism”, please refer to movies or games that involve billionaires dressing up as bats. The quest is supposed to be stupid/lighthearted and I like it this way.
– There’s a lot differentiating the factions/routes you take and how dialogue plays out, but if I tried to list it all up, it would get crazy and I would forget to mention half of it. For instance In the bribing route on the first level you have to bribe the Lota every time you want to have sex with her, but when she reaches the second level, you have to pay a certain amount to get the same effect, without an actual bribe taking place. On the third level the amount gets reduced even further.
– I think I made a “dirty” edit by changing an existing quest. The quest still works as intended though. When the courier gives you the note, a voiced dialogue plays. I changed the conditions of that quest so it plays when the original conditions are met OR the one I introduced. It shouldn’t have an impact, but you never know.
– If you have problems finding the certain NPC: remember the movie “Murder by Death”? Yes it has nothing to do with it and no npc that’s necessary for this mods progression doesn’t get a quest marker, because I want people to have fun.
Still: If you haven’t seen the movie but like laugh, Columbo/Peter Falk or Peter Sellers, you should definitely watch it ^^

And some final comments by @BurnTyre

Why did I decide to finish that mod, finally, after all of these years? Because I’m in the meantime sure, that @kleopat completely abandoned her / his mod. Sadly, because in her or his OP was said she or he had a lot of plans for the future. I would have loved to see them unfold.
But – they didn’t, so I had the feeling it’s time someone steps in. And usually, when someone says β€žsomeone should step inβ€œ, at the end of the day it’s himself.
But that wouldn’t have been possible without a lot of help from my friends here on ATF and on Discord.

The .rar compressed version of the mod is corrupted? I tried downloading it twice and I still can’t open it.

I made a new rar (this time not rar5 and highest compression, not worth the 5 kb anyway), uploaded it, downloaded it and checked, it should be fine now. And I updated the OP, since I forgot to mention with any word, that the mod is geared towards adult male player characters. That’s at least how the Player to npc dialogue is handled right now for the most part.

I noticed that this mod is aimed towards the male, but any chance that you could make it swing both ways which could allow a female do this?? πŸ’‘ Maybe make it harder towards the female side, the kiddies prefer the men Over the ladies; maybe. Just asking for those whom wanna play Girls/Women over male roles πŸ˜Ž
